AI Infrastructure Services
The AI team you plug into your business.
AI infrastructure services from Ironbridge AI Advisory give a company a senior AI team for one flat monthly fee, month to month. AI infrastructure is the connected layer of agents, automations, integrations and applications that runs day-to-day operations, plus the monitoring and governance that keep it reliable. We find the work worth automating, build the systems that do it, and run them once they are live. It is for growing and mid-market companies that want AI in production without hiring an internal AI team.

What we take off your plate
Six things a senior team owns for you, across sales, operations, support and finance.
Architecture and roadmap
We map your operations end to end and design the AI infrastructure to run them, with a 12-month roadmap sequenced by payback.
Unlimited builds
Agents, automations, integrations and internal apps shipped continuously. You submit requests, we build and deploy them.
Systems that grow revenue
Infrastructure that sources pipeline, qualifies leads, follows up instantly and books meetings, wired into your CRM and calendar.
Systems that run operations
Onboarding, tickets, documents, invoicing, reporting and back-office reconciliation handled without manual effort.
Governance and risk
Data handling policies, model evaluation and alignment with SOC 2, HIPAA and the EU AI Act, so you deploy AI without exposing the business.
Vendor and tool selection
Unbiased calls on which models, frameworks and SaaS tools to buy, build or ignore, grounded in your stack and budget.
What's included every month
Architecture, builds and managed operations under one flat fee. No hourly billing, no change orders.
- Unlimited build requests
- Agents, automations, internal tools and AI features, one active project at a time, queued and prioritized with you.
- Managed operations
- Monitoring, evaluation, tuning and incident response, so systems keep performing after launch, not just at the demo.
- Unlimited advisory
- Slack, email and weekly working sessions on models, vendors, hiring, architecture or board prep. No hourly meter.
- Quarterly strategy review
- A roadmap refresh, an ROI scorecard and a new 90-day build plan presented to your leadership team.
- Vendor and hiring support
- We sit in on vendor demos, write RFPs, interview AI engineering candidates and review contracts.
- Documentation and playbooks
- Every workflow, agent and policy is documented in your knowledge base, so your team owns the know-how.
Why an embedded team beats the alternatives
Most companies have tried an AI experiment. Few have AI actually running the business.
Pilots do not compound
Disconnected experiments expire. Each system we ship plugs into the last one, so capability builds on itself.
Generic consultants do not build
Slide decks leave you to find engineers and translate strategy into product. We put architecture, build and operations in one accountable team.
Shipping is only half the job
Models drift, APIs change and edge cases surface after launch. We monitor, evaluate and tune everything we deploy.
Predictable cost, senior talent
One flat monthly fee covers architecture, engineering and operations, with no markup on engineering hours.
Who it's for
Series A to C startups
AI running real operations without the burn of building an internal AI team.
Mid-market companies
$10M to $250M revenue businesses ready to put AI to work across sales, ops and support.
PE-backed portfolio companies
AI-driven margin expansion the sponsor can see inside one hold period.
Traditional industries
Legal, finance, healthcare and manufacturing, where AI execution is the edge, not the idea.
What you should see from the engagement
- A roadmap of builds ranked by payback, reviewed every quarter
- Systems in production that your team uses, not pilots
- Monitoring on everything shipped, with issues fixed without you chasing them
- Documentation for each workflow, agent and policy in your own knowledge base
Questions we get asked
What do you mean by AI infrastructure?
We mean the working layer of AI in a business: the agents, automations, integrations and custom applications that carry out real operations, together with the architecture, monitoring and governance that keep them dependable. It is not servers or GPUs. Ironbridge designs that layer, builds it and operates it.
How is this different from an AI consultant?
A typical consultant assesses, recommends and leaves you to find someone to build. We do the strategy and then build the systems, put them into production, monitor them and improve them each month. Our fractional Chief AI Officer page covers the leadership side of the same engagement.
What does AI infrastructure cost?
One flat monthly fee, month to month, that covers architecture, builds and managed operations. The amount depends on the size and complexity of what you want run, and we scope it with you on a strategy call.
How fast do we see something in production?
We start with the workflow that has the fastest payback and ship that before anything larger, so the first system arrives early in the engagement. After that, builds ship continuously from a ranked queue. The schedule for your first system is set during scoping, once we have seen your systems.
What kinds of systems do you build?
AI agents for sales, support and operations, workflow automations across your existing tools, and custom AI web apps such as portals and CRMs. Each has its own page: AI agent development, workflow automation services and custom AI web app development.
Do we need our own engineers or data team?
No. We bring the senior technical team. You need people who know how the work is done today and a decision maker who can set priorities.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Systems run in accounts registered to your company, and every workflow, agent and policy is documented in your knowledge base.
