Workflow Automation Services
Workflow automation services, built and run for you.
Workflow automation services from Ironbridge AI Advisory are a managed engagement for companies that want their processes automated and kept running without hiring an automation team. We map the process, build the automation across your CRM, ERP, inbox and legacy systems, and monitor and maintain it after launch, for one flat monthly fee, month to month. If you are still deciding what to automate or which tool to use, start with our AI workflow automation guide.

What we deliver
Every engagement includes the same six things, whatever the workflow.
A process map
Each step documented with its owner, inputs, rules and exceptions, so everyone agrees on what is being automated before anything is built.
The working automation
Built on n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate or custom code, chosen for your volume, hosting needs and the people who will live with it.
AI steps where judgment is needed
Models read documents, classify requests, summarize and draft. Fixed logic stays as plain rules, which are cheaper and easier to audit.
Review queues
Sensitive or low-confidence items go to a named person with full context, and the workflow continues once they approve.
Monitoring and alerts
Every run is logged. Failures, slowdowns and odd outputs raise an alert to us, so a broken workflow is found in hours, not weeks.
Ongoing maintenance
When a vendor changes an API, a field gets renamed or your process changes, we update the workflow as part of the monthly fee.
How the engagement runs
The same sequence each time, so you always know what happens next.
- 1
Discovery
We sit with the people who do the work, list candidate workflows and rank them by time spent, risk and ease of measurement.
- 2
Map and baseline
We document the chosen workflow step by step and record how long it takes and how often it goes wrong today.
- 3
Build and test
We build against your real systems and replay past examples through the workflow before it touches live work.
- 4
Suggestion mode
The automation proposes and your team approves. We track how often they agree and fix the cases where they do not.
- 5
Go live and monitor
Routine cases run on their own, exceptions go to the review queue, and we watch every run.
- 6
Report and expand
You get a plain summary of what ran and what it saved, and we start the next workflow on the list.
Workflows we build most often
- Lead capture to CRM
- Form, email and call leads enriched, scored, assigned to the right rep and logged with no manual entry.
- Invoice and payment processing
- Invoice intake, validation against purchase orders, approval routing and payment tracking, with an audit trail.
- Email and meeting filing
- Messages and calendar events matched to the right account or deal automatically, so the record is complete without anyone logging activity.
- Scheduled reporting
- Reports assembled from several systems, summarized in plain English and delivered by email, Slack or dashboard.
- Customer onboarding
- Welcome messages, account setup, document collection and training steps triggered when a deal closes.
- Cross-system sync
- CRM, ERP, helpdesk and marketing tools kept in step with two-way data flows and conflict rules.
What you own and what we own
You own the workflows and accounts
Automations run in accounts registered to your company, with your data in your systems. Nothing is held hostage if you leave.
You own the decisions
Your team sets the rules, approves exceptions and decides when a step is trusted enough to run without review.
We own uptime
Monitoring, alerting, fixes and updates are our job. You should not need to know a workflow failed in order for it to get fixed.
We own the roadmap of builds
We keep a ranked list of what to automate next and bring it to you each month with the reasoning.
When this service is the right fit
Work that spans systems
The process crosses several tools and business rules, and a single point product will not cover it.
Legacy systems without APIs
You depend on older software and still need automation you can rely on. We use screen automation where no API exists.
No one to maintain it
You have had automations built before that quietly broke because nobody was responsible for them afterward.
A flat fee over a big project
You would rather pay one predictable monthly amount than fund a large upfront build and a separate support contract.
What we report on each month
- Runs completed, and the share that needed a person
- Hours of manual work the automations replaced, against the baseline
- Failures caught and how quickly each was fixed
- The next workflows on the list and why they rank where they do
Questions we get asked
What do workflow automation services include?
With Ironbridge, the service covers process mapping, building the automation, AI steps where judgment is needed, human review queues, monitoring and ongoing maintenance. It is one flat monthly fee, month to month, not a build fee plus a support contract.
How long does it take to automate a workflow?
It depends on how many systems the workflow touches and how clean the process is. A single workflow in modern tools moves quickly. One that involves a legacy system or several approval steps takes longer, and we tell you which you have after discovery.
Which automation platforms do you build on?
Mainly n8n and Make, with Zapier and Power Automate where they fit, and custom code or screen automation when a visual tool is the wrong choice. We pick after we understand your volume, hosting requirements and who needs to read the workflow.
What happens when an automation breaks?
Our monitoring flags the failure, we fix it and we tell you what happened. Items that could not be processed wait in a queue so nothing is lost. Maintenance is included in the monthly fee.
Do we need to replace our current software?
No. We automate the systems you already have. Where a tool has an API we use it, and where it does not we use screen automation or a file-based handoff.
Who owns the automations if we stop working together?
You do. The workflows run in your accounts and we hand over the process maps and documentation, so another team or your own staff can take over.
How much do workflow automation services cost?
We charge one flat monthly fee that covers building and maintaining your automations. The amount is scoped on a call against the number of systems and workflows involved.
