About Ironbridge

Built by operators, for operators.

We are a senior team of operators and AI engineers. Companies plug us in to find the work worth automating, build the systems that take it over, and keep them running.

Operators first, engineers second

Our team has spent years inside the businesses we now build for: running sales floors, service desks and operations. We learned to remove bottlenecks by documenting the work, handing it off and checking the result. AI lets us hand that work to systems instead of people.

Ironbridge AI Advisory is an AI consulting firm based in Rockville, Maryland, serving companies across the United States and in person across Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia. We were founded as Solender AI and took our current name in September 2026. Same team, same work, same flat-fee model.

Operator leadership

Our leadership has built, scaled and exited companies in IT consulting and managed services. We scope AI the way an owner would: by what it earns or saves.

Senior AI engineering

Engineers who ship production agents, automations and custom apps inside the tools your team already uses, not prototypes that stall after the demo.

Operations and support

We monitor, fix and improve everything we build, and report every month on what each system saved or earned.

From frameworks to AI agents

The playbooks came first. The agents are how they run now.

  1. FrameworkBottleneck Breaker System

    With AIAI Agent Scoping

Audit where the founder is the choke point, then scope an agent to own that workflow.

  2. FrameworkAutomation Scorecard

    With AIClient Intake Engine

Score tasks by frequency, rule density and screen time, then prioritize what gets automated first.

  3. FrameworkDelegation Engine

    With AIAgent Handoff Protocol

Document the process, define the outcome, set the check-in, then deploy the agent with context.

  4. FrameworkTime Freedom OS

    With AI24/7 Autonomous Ops

Rebuild the founder's week around strategy and let agents handle everything else around the clock.

Our mission

To give every growth-stage company access to enterprise-grade AI infrastructure, without the enterprise price tag or 12-month timelines.

Results over activity

We measure success by revenue and hours returned, not hours billed.

Build to last

Every system is architected for production and scale, not for demo day.

Radical transparency

Full access to code, data and performance metrics. Always.

Partnership mindset

We stay on as operators and grow alongside your team.

The name

Why Ironbridge

In 1779, over the River Severn in Shropshire, a small team did something no one had done: they built a bridge out of cast iron, a new and untrusted material. It carried real weight, it started an industrial revolution, and it is still standing.

AI is today's new material. Our job is the same one: bridge the gap between what a business runs on today and what it could run on, and build it well enough to last.
